The Reference Viewer provides a view of each individual component of a transaction. It displays the debit and credit entries (including GST) against the relevant ledger accounts for each transaction. Every transaction in Polygon Back Office is issued a reference number. Transactions can be viewed or deleted from the Reference Viewer.
From Polygon Back Office, Click on the Reference Viewer button on the Toolbar, or, Select Accounts from the main menu then select Reference Viewer, or, Highlight an existing transaction in a Transactions file, then right-click the mouse and select View Reference from the pop-up menu.

Deleting Transactions:
To delete any transaction in the system:
•Select the transaction.
•View the reference by clicking the right mouse button.
•Press the Delete button.
The transaction, and all related transactions will be deleted.
Please note: It is not possible to ‘Undo’ this function - a deleted transaction cannot be retrieved.
