This form allows you to close or ‘lock’ the system so that no further transactions can be entered outside of a given period.
From Polygon Back Office, Select Accounts from the main menu, Then select Close/Open Accounting Period.

This form has two date text boxes. Entering the a date in the Close Period To text box will prevent insertion or modification of records dated on or before this date. Entering a date in the Open Period To text box will disallow insertion or deletion of records dated after this date.
Neither of these text fields are required. To allow access to records with any date, leave both date fields blank.
