Financial Year Archiving

The Database Archive facility enables Polygon Back Office users to archive the accounting and POS sales data for a completed financial year.  For assistance with archiving for the first time contact Redcat Support by phone on 1300 473 322.

Ensure that your End of Financial Year date is correctly set, click here to view the relevant Application Setting.

The following Archiving features are available:

•Close a financial year using the Database Archive;

•Access a previously archived financial year, Open an Archived Database;
