This report is accessible from Polygon POS Management > Reports under the Lists heading.  

Report Filters:

Filtered by Location.

Report Options:

1. Brand -> Target Physical Location

2. Target Physical Location -> Brand

Report Details:

This report provides:

1. The brand and a list of physical or virtual locations to which the brand applies, or

2. The Target Locations and the list of brand which apply to that location.
