Sales by Hour Report

This report is accessible from Polygon POS Management > Reports under the Sales [hourly analysis] heading.  

Report Details:

Provides the dollar value of Total Sales grouped into periods of 1 hour.  Data can be reported by PLU class or by date with totals for each dominion.  

Report Filters:

Reported data can be filtered by Location, area, PLU Class, Reporting Category, PLU Items and Date/Time of sale.

Can be Sorted by:

•Normal - Sorted by half hour time periods

•Quantity Amount - Sorted by the Total Units

•Extended Amount - Sorted by the Total $

Consolidation Options

Reported Data can be consolidated together by selecting either:

•All Consolidated - Selecting All Consolidated from the Print Consolidated drop down list box combines all data from the locations and areas specified in the selection criteria form;  

•Areas Consolidated - Selecting Areas Consolidated from the Print Consolidated drop down list box reports data from each location separately but consolidates the areas for each location;

•None - Selecting None from the Print Consolidated drop down list box  disables consolidation and reports data from each selected location and each selected area separately.

Group By PLU Classes

When the Group by PLU Classes tick box is un-ticked, this report separates reported data by date headings at the top of the report.  Alternately, when this tick box is ticked, the report consolidates data for the reported date range and separates the data using PLU Class headings at the top of the report.

Show Graphs

Ticking the Show Graphs tick box includes a graph of the reported data at the end of the report.
