The POLYGON PAYROLL module reached end of life on 30 June 2021 and this was communicated to all clients licensed with this module. This module is no longer supported. Historical transactions may be accessed although entry of new payslips is no longer possible.
Introduction The functions described in this chapter are only available to you if you have purchased the Polygon Payroll module. Polygon Payroll is a complete employee administration and payroll system which provides the following functions: •Recording of personal details of employees including full name, address, phone number, taxation details etc; •Calculation of wages payable through the entry of data from weekly time sheets and processing of weekly set salaries; •Automatic calculation of payment for overtime worked; •Calculation of employer superannuation contributions; •Recording and processing of employee superannuation contributions; •Payment by cash, cheque or direct bank transfer; •Calculation of annual and sick leave accruals; •Automatic generation of the ledger entries resulting from these functions; •Production of Payment Summaries and ATO reporting media; •Automatic filling of timesheets from the POS terminal staff clock on/off information if this feature is activated;
