This form allows you to modify a list of wastage reasons which can assigned for each stock item on a wastage sheet from the Wastage Sheet Details form.
From Polygon Back Office, Access the Wastage Sheets File by selecting Stock from the main menu, then select Wastage Sheets, Click New to create a new wastage sheet, or, Highlight an existing Wastage Sheet and click Change to modify the selected Wastage Sheet, Click the Edit Wastage Reasons File button at the bottom of the form to access the Wastage Reasons File.

The following options are available from the Wastage Reasons File:
•Adding a Wastage Reason - Click on the last line in the file and type the new reason text e.g "Past Expiry Date";
•Deleting a Wastage Reason - Select a wastage reason and click the Delete Row button to remove the selected wastage reason;
•Printing the List - Click the Print button to generate a PDF report showing this list of descriptions;
•Saving Changes - Click the OK button to save any changes;
•Canceling Changes - Click the Cancel button to exit the file and discard any changes.
