Direct Entry File [payroll]

This report allows creation of direct entry files which can be sent to banks for automatic processing.  This report is accessible from Polygon Back Office > Reports under the Polygon Payroll heading.  This report is available to users of the Polygon Payroll add-on module.

Direct Entry File [Payroll]

For the specified pay period, this report saves:

oyour company’ direct debit details;

oyour employee payroll details.

on to file which can be given to your bank.

The bank is then able to process the direct pays into the individual employee accounts.
