The Department Group Update form allows you to enter the details for a new department group or edit the name of an existing department group.
Please note: This functionality is only available if you have purchased a multi-department license.
From Polygon Back Office, Access the Department Accounts File by selecting Accounts from the main menu, Then select Department Groups, Click on the New button to create a new Department Group, or, Highlight an existing Department Group and click on the Change button to edit the details for this department.

Enter the new Department Group Name and click OK to save changes.
