The media keypad is presented on POS terminal Pay screens when a sale is to be finalised on the FOH . It is comprised of ten buttons per page which contain the types of media with which can be used to pay for sales. e.g Cash or Visa. At the BOH, the Media Keypad form allow you to select which media types are available at the FOH.
From Polygon POS Management, Select Keypads from the main menu and then select the Media Keypad File.

•To create a new Media Keypad button - Click the left mouse button on a blank keypad button. This will load the Media Type Details Form where you can configure the media button.
•To edit an existing Media Keypad button - Click the left mouse button on the keypad button you wish to edit. This will load the Media Type Details Form where you can edit the media button.
•To move a Media Keypad button - Click the right mouse button on the target button and then left click on the destination. If a Media Keypad button already exists at the destination, the buttons will swap positions.
•To clear a Media Keypad Button - Click the left mouse button on the Media Keypad Button and then click on the Delete Key button.
•Media Keypad Pages - The Media Keypad can have multiple pages. Use the Page Forward 
and Page Back 
buttons to move from page to page.
Merchant card types are used for stand alone EFTPOS only. For instructions explaining how to add a new merchant card type to the system see section Polygon Back Office > Merchant Cards File.
Integrated EFTPOS automatically detects which card type is used. See section Polygon POS Management > Media Type Details for more information about creating an Integrated EFTPOS payment button.
