The POS Client Account Details form allows you to enter the details of a new or an existing Polygon POS Management Client which will be accessible from the FOH. It is accessible from the Client Accounts File in Polygon POS Management. For more information about Client Accounts, see section Polygon POS Management > Client Accounts.
Linking Polygon Back Office Clients Linking Polygon POS Management Clients to Polygon Back Office clients allows you to use Polygon Back Office to view, edit and manage client payments and invoices which were recorded at the front of house. A Polygon Back Office client must be created first, then a Polygon POS Management client can be linked to it. See section Polygon Back Office > Clients File for more information about creating Polygon Back Office Client Accounts. When linking a POS Client Account to a Polygon Back Office Client account, the client information will be entered automatically. To link this account to a Polygon Back Office Client, click the browse button
If you will not be linking this client to a Polygon Back Office Client, enter the following information: •Account Name - Enter the client or member name here; •Accounts Receivable Client Account - If you also use Polygon Back Office package you can chose a client from the Polygon Back Office clients file by selecting the browse button at the end of the Accounts Receivable Client Account field; •POS Location Assignment - Select which location/s this client account will be available to. Click on the browse button Note: If you do not specify particular location/s that this client is available they will be available at all locations by default.
