This form allows you to add/edit the details for a Public Holiday. This information is used to determine when public holiday payments and public holiday rates should be applied.
From Polygon Back Office, Access the Public Holidays file by selecting Payroll from the main menu, then select Public Holidays. To add a new Public Holiday, click the New button, or, To edit an existing Public Holiday, select the item to edit, then click the Change button.

The following information needs to be recorded for each public holiday:
•Holiday Date - The date of the Public Holiday in (dd/mm) format;
•Holiday Name - The name of the Holiday;
•State - The state where the public holiday applies. Select All if the holiday is a national public holiday.
Press the OK button to save any changes.
