The POLYGON PAYROLL module reached end of life on 30 June 2021 and this was communicated to all clients licensed with this module.
This module is no longer supported.
Historical transactions may be accessed although entry of new payslips is no longer possible.
This form is used to record new Superannuation Funds in the system or modify the details of existing Superannuation Funds.
From Polygon Back Office, Access the Super Funds File by selecting Payroll from the main menu, then selecting Superannuation Funds, Either, click the New button to create a new Super Fund, or, Highlight an existing Super Fund which you wish to edit and click the Change button.

The following information can be entered from this form:
•Superannuation Fund Name - Enter the superannuation fund's name here
•SPIN/ABN - Enter the superannuation fund's SPIN code here. This code when generating superannuation Clearing House export files. See section Reports > Polygon Payroll > Superannuation Clearing House Export for more information on this topic.
Enter the new information and then click the OK button to save changes.
