PLU List [gross profit - summary] Report

This report is accessible from Polygon POS Management > Reports under the Gross Profit Analysis heading.  

Report Filters:

Filtered by Department & Category.

Report Details:

Details each PLU in the system attached to stock/recipe for perpetual stock control purposes, and displays the PLU Name, PLU Number & Average Cost.  The report then details the Sale Price (ex GST) Gross Profit $ and GP% for each of the 5 price levels.
