PLU List [gross profit] Report

This report is accessible from Polygon POS Management > Reports under the Gross Profit Analysis heading.  

Report Filters:

Filtered by Department, Category & Price Level.

Report Details:

Details each PLU in the system attached to stock/recipe for perpetual stock control purposes, and displays the PLU Name, PLU Number, selling Price Level, Average Cost, Gross Profit $ value, Gross Profit %, the stock item/recipe name, and whether the link is to a stock item or recipe.
