Gross Profit Report

This report is accessible from Polygon POS Management > Reports under the Gross Profit Analysis heading.  

Report Filters:

Filters by POS Location, POS Area, Category and Date/Time.

Report Details:

Provides details on each PLU sold which is attached to stock/recipes for perpetual stock control including, the item name, the cost of the item, the quantity sold, the total cost, the total value of sales, the value of the gross profit on the item, and the gross profit expressed as a percentage. Each section is grouped by POS Area and Category.
