PLU List by Location

This report is accessible from Polygon POS Management > Reports under the Lists heading.  

Report Filters:

Filtered by Location, report can include all, active or inactive PLUs assigned to locations.  

An option is available to include only those PLUs that have a price assigned (non-zero).

Report Details:

Provides per Location, a list of PLUs grouped by Category.  

Each PLU is listed with:

•Price Levels (x5)

•Award Points Levels (x5)

•Redemption Points Levels (x5)

•PLU Type Indicator

•Assignment Indictor for both Price and Location

Notes:

1. The PLU type indicator will show  if a PLU is a “normal” PLU (blank), a text PLU (“T”) or an Open Priced PLU (“O”).
2. The Assignment Indicator - Price will show blank if the price is the default price, and a “Y” if it the price is location-specific.
3. The Assignment Indicator - Location  will show blank if the PLU is not mapped to any location, “Y” if the PLU is location-specific and “X”  if the PLU is location-specific but to a location other than the subject of the report.
 

Export Options:

The report can be exported for use with the Import feature within the Product Pricing Management function.

You may choose to export:

•None (no export file will be created)

•Single File (one file including all the data in the report)

•One file per Location (a separate file will be generated for each location in the report)

An option is available to remove any files already existing in the export folder before generating the files from this export run.

If choosing to export the report the Windows File Explorer will launch when the report preview is closed, and will default to the export location \\RedCat_App\[YourName]\Export\PLUPricing.

 
If your intention is to edit the files and import to update price changes, you are now ENCOURAGED to MOVE these files to a working directory where you will edit the files using MS Excel.
NOTE: It is of paramount importance that the layout of the files is NEVER changed. No columns should be deleted nor added.
The ONLY columns that should be modified are the Pricing and loyalty points accrued and redeemed columns anything else MUST stay the same.
