This report is accessible from Polygon Back Office > Reports under the Lists heading.  This report is available to users of the Polygon Payroll add-on module.

 

This report allows you to build your own Employee List Report by selecting which columns will be included and choosing how the report will be sorted.  

Follow these steps to use the Employee List Wizard:

1.To add a column to the report, highlight the column name in the Available Columns list, then click the Add Column button.  This will add the selected column to the Report Output Columns list;

2.Repeat step 1 until all the desired columns have been added;

3.The order of the Report Output Columns list can be changed by highlighting an item and then clicking the Move Selected Column button.  Choose the order which you would like the report columns to be displayed;

4.Choose how the report will be sorted by selecting a column name from the Sort By drop down list box;

5.To apply a secondary sort, select a different column name from the Next Sort By drop down list box;

6.Click the Print button to view this report.
