Stock Transactions Report

This report is accessible from Polygon Back Office > Reports under the Polygon Inventory heading.  It is available to users of the Polygon Inventory add-on module.

Information fields reported include:

oDate

oReference

oTransaction Type

oTransaction Description

oQuantity

▪Debits

▪Credits

▪Balance

oCost

▪Balance

oTotals

Note: The Cost Balance reported here is used in the calculation of Stock Item average costs, therefore, any negative balances are disregarded and calculations recommence at the next positive cost balance.
