Audit Log

The audit log keeps records of changes made using Polygon POS Management or Polygon Back Office.  This allows you to check which changes have been made and by whom.  When accessed from Polygon POS Management, the audit log shows actions logged while using Polygon POS Management, and when accessed from Polygon Back Office, the audit log shows actions logged while using Polygon Back Office. To view the most recent records, click the Get Records button, or enter a date in the To and/or From text box, then click the Get Records button to view entries from the specified period. This report can be printed or saved by clicking the Print button.  The audit log can be accessed from Polygon POS Management or Polygon Back Office from the Reports File under the Log Files heading.

Each of the records in the list can be displayed in more detail by clicking on a log entry and then clicking the View Item button.  The Record of Changes tab at the top of the form displays:

•The Original Record data - that is the data before the recorded change was made

•The Modified Record data - that is the data after the recorded change was made.
