Application & System Logs

These log files record application and system errors.  These logs can be reviewed in to find more information about encountered issues.  When accessed from Polygon POS Management, only actions and errors relating to Polygon POS Management will be reported, and when accessed from Polygon Back Office, only actions and errors relating to Polygon Back Office will be displayed.  These reports can be accessed from Polygon POS Management or Polygon Back Office from the Reports File under the Log Files heading.

 

Application Log

The Application Log displays a list of any issues or errors encountered while running the Polygon POS Management or Polygon Back Office application.  To view the most recent records, click the Get Records button, or enter a date in the To and/or From text box, then click the Get Records button to view entries from the specified period.  To print a copy of this report, click the Print button.  For more information of a log entry, highlight the entry and click the View Item button.  

 

System Log

The Application Log displays a list of any system issues or errors encountered while running Polygon POS Management or Polygon Back Office .  To view the most recent records, click the Get Records button, or enter a date in the To and/or From text box then click the Get Records button to view entries from a specific period.  To print a copy of this report, click the Print button.  For more information about a log entry, highlight the entry and click the View Item button.
