This form automatically checks for already existing transactions from this sales reset. When the form loads loads, it displays a message indicating whether any data from this sales reset already exist. If no data exists, the form will display no data. If any data from this sales reset already exists in the BOH database, a summary of this data will be displayed. Existing references can be deleted from this form by highlighting the reference and then clicking the Delete button.
From Polygon POS Management, Access the Revenue Download Form by clicking the Revenue Download button on the toolbar, Use the Available Sales Files list box to select the sales reset which you intend to check, Go to the Revenue Posting Options tab and click the Check for Previously Posted References button.
