The External Ledger Account File allows you to map external General Ledger(GL) codes (eg. Headquarters). This feature is only available to users who use the multi-location module.
From Polygon POS Management, Access the Application Settings by selecting File from the main menu and then selecting Application Settings, Under the Add-On Modules heading select Multi-Location Module(Click the Plus symbol to the left of the heading), Select the General sub-heading, Then click the Line Icon button

To Create a Mapping
•Enter the External GL Code
•Click the Line Item icon 
and select the corresponding RedCat GL Account
•Press OK to save
To Delete a Mapping
Highlight the entry and then click the Delete button
To Print the currently saved mappings
Click the Print button. This will generate a PDF report which can be saved, printed or converted into CSV format.
