For Polygon POS users only, this form is used to configure Sale Types applicable for each Zone, and the Bays applicable for each POS Location for that Zone.
Sale types and sort orders are applied to each one.
Each bay is assigned separately to each of a zone’s location.
From Polygon POS Management, Select Products from the main menu and select Continuous Flow Zones. Use the NEW button.

Zone Details
•Enter a name in the Zone Name field.
The name must be unique.
•Select the Bay Sort Order from the drop down field. This will determine whether the bays in this zone are sorted in ascending or descending order on the KMS display.
Bay Details
You can now determine which POS locations will utilise this Zone, and program the Bays applicable to each location.
•Use the Locations button and select the POS Locations that will be assigned this Zone. Selected Locations will be shown in the Bay Location Assignments list.
•To create the Bays for a location, ensure the location is highlighted, enter the Bay Identifier in the New Bay ID field and use the Add Bay button.
- repeat until all required Bays for this location have been added.
- the Remove Bay button can be used to delete a bay no longer required.
Tip for faster programming.
If multiple locations will all have the same Bays assigned, rather than choose each location and entering the Bays individually you can program the Bays for the first location then use the New From button to select another location.
The new location will be added to the Bay Location Assignments list with the Bays already assigned.
•Use the OK button to save the Continuous Flow Zone Update Form.
