This form allows you to add configure the details of a merchant card media type. This configuration is only necessary for businesses which use stand alone EFTPOS.
From Polygon Back Office, Select Accounts from the main menu, then select Merchant Cards, This will load the Merchant Cards File, Click the New button to add a new Merchant Card, or, Highlight an existing merchant Card and click the Change button to edit this card's details.

Completing Merchant Card Details:
•Enter the Merchant Card Name;
•If applicable enter the Commission Percentage that will apply when this merchant card is used at the POS Terminal;
•Choose whether the commission is inclusive of GST;
•Choose whether the commission will be paid automatically when depositing the Merchant Cards revenue;
•Press OK to save.
Note: the Merchant Card Details form in a partner database contains an extra setting to facilitate the use of the Non-integrated Merchant Card Fast Finaliser button (programmed by HQ):
•Default manual EFT fast finaliser.
Once you have set up your Merchant Cards they should be made available to the FOH via the Media Keypad Update Form in Polygon POS Management. Remember to send an update when your changes have been made.
