This form appears when saving a PLU Price Update Plan, PLU Award Points Update Plan or PLU Redemption Points Update Plan. Once a plan is saved it can be re-loaded and a later date.
From Polygon POS Management, Access the PLU Price Management form, PLU Awarded Points Management form or the PLU Redemption Points Management form the Products menu, Configure a new update plan and click the Preview Update Plan button to view the Pricing or Points Update Plan window, Make any necessary changes to the price or points update plan and then click the Save button.

From Polygon POS Management, Access the PLU Price Management form, PLU Awarded Points Management form or the PLU Redemption Points Management form the Products menu, Select the Pre-set Update Plans tab towards the bottom of the form, Click the Load Pre-set Update Plan button and select the update plan you wish to change.

The following details can be recorded when saving an Update Plan:
•Plan Name - Enter a name for this update plan here, this can be used to re-load the plan at a later date;
•The Plan Type - This is a read-only field which indicates the type of update plan which you are saving;
Note: The Effective Date & Effective Time features are not currently available. In the future it will be possible to delay price updates until a specific day and time. Updates can be sent to the front of house but prices won't be changed until the specified date and time has passed.
