Payment Summary Run

This report is accessible from Polygon Back Office > Reports under the Polygon Payroll [payment summaries] heading.  It is available to users of the Polygon Payroll add-on module.

The Payment Summary Run report displays payment summaries for employees who have payment summaries which are marked as processed for the specified financial year.  This report can automatically email payment summaries to your employees.  See section Polygon Payroll > Payment Summaries for more information about processing Payment Summaries and running this report.  

Information fields reported include:

oPayee Details

oPeriod of Payment

oPayee Tax File Number

oGross Payments

oTax Withheld

oPayer Name

oPayer ABN
