Magnetic Media Form

This report is accessible from Polygon Back Office > Reports under the Polygon Payroll [payment summaries] heading.  It is available to users of the Polygon Payroll add-on module.

This report displays a Magnetic Media Form, which needs to printed and included with the ATO Export File (described above) when sending Payment Summaries to the ATO on a disk.  See section Polygon Payroll > Payment Summaries > ATO Export File for more information about the ATO Export File and Magnetic Media Form.
