Payslip Run Report

This report is accessible from Polygon Back Office > Reports under the Polygon Payroll heading.  It is available to users of the Polygon Payroll add-on module.

This report can be used to automatically email payslips to employees.  See section Polygon Payroll > Printing or Emailing Payslips for more information on this topic.

Information fields reported include:

oEmployee Details (including classification and base rate)

oPayment Date

oPeriod covered by payslip

oHours Worked

oTotal

oPay Details -> Net Pay

oSuperannuation

oAccrued Leave Balances

oLeave Taken This Period

oYTD figures
