Service Productivity Report

This report is accessible from Polygon POS Management > Reports under the Production Display heading.  

Report Filters:

This report can be filtered by location and date.  

Report Details:

This report summarises serving times for orders which displayed on a Production Display (also called a bump screen).  Details included are Date, Sale ID, Time Start, Time Stop, Elapsed Time, Number of Items, Item Average (Elapsed Time / Number of Items) and Sale Average.  

Note: In order to use this report, the POS Location Setting "Track Production Display Times" must be enabled.  See section Polygon POS Management Application Settings > Add-On Modules > Production Display for more for more information about enabling this setting.
