This form allows you to enter additional details about a table or object on a Floorplan Keypad. It is accessed when creating a new table/object or by clicking the Edit button and then selecting a table/object from the Floorplan Keypad.
The following information can be entered for tables/objects:
•Object Type - Can be set to Table or Other. An object which is set to Table will be able to store customer orders. The Object Type will default to Table. "Other" objects can be used for visual purposes only (eg. rectangle objects could be designed to illustrate walls);
•Table Number - This option is available for table objects only. Enter the table number for this table, up to 5 characters;
•Label - This option is available for Other (Non Table) objects. Enter a description for this object here;
•Pax - This option is available for Table objects only. Enter the number of covers this table is capable of holding. NOTE: The table will not be restricted to this number of covers at FOH, it is for reference only.
•POS Area Section - Table objects can be assigned to a POS Area Section, so that sales entered on the table are tracked and reported as part of that Section. See POS Area Sections for information about setting up user-defined sections.
Object Image Properties
Table Map objects can be assigned background images, background colours and font colours.
Note: The table numbers displayed on the button will change in colour between BLACK, RED and YELLOW so these colours should not be programmed as button background colours.
•Background Colour - To assign a background colour, click on the "b" button , then select a colour from the colour picker;
•Font Colour - To assign a font colour (the colour of any text) click the "f" button, then select a colour from the colour picker;
Note: The colour numbers are displayed to enable you to copy a specific colour number to use for other tables/objects.
•Button Image - To assign an image as saved in Redcat\Data\Images\Tablemaps\ folder, click on the image button 
, then click Set, then select the desired image. Selecting an object image disables background colours and font colours. To clear a button image, click on the image button and click Clear;
