Keypads are in basic terms the different screens that staff will see at the POS Terminal. Therefore, it is important to design the layout of your product keypads with staff requirements in mind, to maximise efficiency and minimise the required keystrokes at the POS Terminal.
There are three kinds of keypads, click a link below for more information: •Product Keypads - Display items which are for sale e.g Coffee, and functions which effect the sale e.g. 10% Discount. •Media Keypads - Display payment options such as Cash, Credit Card and Gift Voucher. •Floorplan Keypads - Show the table layout of a restaurant & allows staff to manage table orders by interacting with this graphical floor plan.
