The Postcodes file contains all the postcodes for suburbs in Australia. This list provides a method of quick entry of location data when entering information about suppliers etc.
From Polygon POS Management or Polygon Back Office, Select File from the main menu, then select Application Settings,
Select the General section on the left.
Scroll down to Global Files and select Postcodes by clicking the Line Item

The Postcodes File displays a list of all Australian postcodes with their suburbs and states.
The following options are available from the Postcodes File:
•To search for a postcode, type all of or part of the city/suburb name into the Find text box;
•To sort the postcodes by a particular column, click on the column heading e.g. Suburb/Locality;
•To add a new postcode, click on the New button to access the Postcode Details file;
•To edit an existing postcode, highlight an entry and click on the Change button to access the Postcode Details file.
