This form allows you to modify the details of an existing post code entry or add a new entry to the Postcodes file.
From Polygon POS Management or Polygon Back Office, Select File from the main menu, then select on Application Settings
Choose the General section from the menu on the left,
Scroll down to Global Files and select Postcodes by clicking the Line Item
Click the New button to add a new entry, or, Highlight an existing entry and then click Change to modify this entry.

Completing Postcode Details:
•Enter the Suburb;
•Enter the Postcode;
•Enter the State;
•Click OK to save
