This form is used to record two sets of functional data regarding the PLU. It records which PLU items are available with this PLU when using Quick Service Ordering (QSO) Mode. These are recorded in the Conversational Ordering tab.
It also records on the Product Management tab items to be included in production jobs which will replace this PLU.
From Polygon POS Management, Access the PLUs file by clicking the PLUs button on the toolbar, Then select the PLU which you would like to configure QSO for and click the Change button, This will load the PLU Details form. Click the PLU Ingredients button to load the PLU Ingredient Details form for this PLU.

Production Management
The details entered here instruct the POS which items are to substituted for the PLU sold when displaying the order for production on a KMS device. These items are known as Production Ingredients. Further information please see Kitchen Management System

On the Production Managment tab, use the 
pick list button to display the list of PLUs.
Choose the required PLU from the list and use the SELECT button to save your choice. The Category, PLU number and Item Name of the selected PLU will be filled.
Enter the required Qty. For example, the production ingredient required to make the PLU Double Beef Burger could be 2 x Beef Patties.
