This tab displays a summary of the selected sales reset.
General
This section displays general details about this sales reset as described below:
•File ID - The file ID of the sales reset;
•Location - The location where the sales were reset;
•Date - The date of the last sale recorded in this reset. This field can be edited;
•Time - The time of the last sale recorded in the reset. This field can be edited.
Revenue
This section displays revenue related details for this sales reset:
•Gross Sales - The gross sales for this reset;
•(-) GST - The total GST for sales included in this sales reset;
• = Net Sales - The net total of all sales included in this sales reset. Equal to Gross Sales - GST.
Transaction Metrics
This section displays transaction metrics for this sales reset.
•Txn Count - How many transactions have been recorded;
•Txn Avg - The average transaction amount, based on Total Net Sales.
Banking
•System Banking - This figure is the total banking figure for this sales reset as calculated by Polygon POS Management;
•Actual Banking - This figure is the total banking as counted by the staff member resetting the sales. This is equivalent to Cash Sales + EFT Sales;
•Variance - This figure shows the difference between the system banking and the actual banking. This figure is equal to the Actual Banking minus the System Banking.
Other
This section displays other details recorded in the sales reset:
•Paid Out - The total of all Paid Out transactions;
•Management A/C - The total charges to Management Accounts;
•Client Charges - The total charges to Client Accounts.
General Ledger Posting
•Committed File - If ticked, this indicates that this sales reset has been processed from the POS Revenue Processing Form;
•Posted Revenue - If ticked, this indicates revenue data from this sales reset has been posted to Polygon Back Office Chart of Accounts;
•Posted Stock - If ticked, this indicates stock usage data from this sales reset has been posted to Polygon Inventory (Available for Polygon Inventory users only)
•Show General Ledger References - Clicking this button loads the POS File Transaction Viewer form which displays a list of Ledger Account Transactions which were created when the Revenue and/or Stock Transactions were processed with this sales reset.
•Processed By - Shows the name of the person logged in when this sales reset was processed;
•Processed Date - Shows the date when this sales reset was loaded/processed. This field can be edited.
