Polygon Loyalty is a membership system which allows members to accrue points with purchases and redeem points for goods later.

This setting needs to be enabled to use the Polygon Loyalty module. Select either the Desktop Based or Cloud Based version of the Polygon Loyalty module.
•Desktop Based - This version of Polygon Loyalty does not require any internet connectivity and the member database is managed from the back-of-house.
•Cloud Based - This version of Polygon Loyalty utilises an internet connection and the member database is managed online.

•All (if a discount is included in the sale, no points accrual will occur for any time in the sale)
•Discounted Items only (loyalty points will accrue for any item in the sale that is not discounted - note, a subtotal discount type means that all items in the sale have been discounted).
Do not allow discounts on gift cards: If you enable this setting, your staff will not be able to apply a discount to the sale of a Gift Card.
Retrieve Free Gift: If you enable this setting the POS will query to determine if a Free Gift is available to the loyalty member.

Enforce alphanumeric loyalty card values (company prefixes): For PolygonPOS users only, if you enable this setting the POS will only query for loyalty members if the entry includes the alpha company prefix. This may be required so that scanning of PLU barcodes of the same length as loyalty card profiles do not try to trigger a loyalty member lookup.
Do not download coupon images: For PolygonPOS users only. If the image assigned to a member coupon is large, or not one of the supported files types for display at the POS it may cause a lag or have the POS appear non-responsive to the POS staff member while it tries and fails to download the image. This setting will tell the POS not to attempt to download images associated with member coupons.
Do not synchronise POS clock with loyalty server: If this setting is enabled, the POS will NOT update the computer clock to match the time on the Loyalty server.
Loyalty Card Profiles: This where you can configure non-standard member card formats. This is especially useful for clients who come to Redcat from another POS and already have existing member card details that need to be recognised at the POS.
