There may be times when you will need to broadcast a message to all the production printers on your system. For example, if the customers sitting at Table 6 ask to be moved to Table 10, and the orders for their drinks and meals have already been entered, the kitchen and bar staff will need to know that the product now needs to be delivered to Table 10 – not Table 6.
To broadcast a message to your productions printers you will need to have a Broadcast Message button programmed on your product keypad. See section Product Keypad Details > Keypad Button Details > Other Keys > Broadcast Message for information about adding a broadcast message button to the product keypad.
To send a broadcast message:
•Log on to the POS Terminal.
•If table floorplans are used, click the Over The Counter Sale button;
•Press the Broadcast Message button;
•The Broadcast Production Message window will be displayed showing all production printers available on your system.
•Highlight the desired production printer, or if you want to send the message to all production printers, press the Select all printers button;
•Press the keyboard button 
and type in your message;
•Press the Send Message button;
•Choose OK to close the message confirming that your broadcast has been sent;
•Click the Close button to exit the Broadcast Production Message screen.
