•Decide if you want to Skip sale footers for web orders.
Skipping sale header and footer for web orders will not include the header or footer information in the sale. It will not be visible at the POS at all. This feature is relevant only to 'Order to Table' or 'Dine In' type web orders.

You can learn more about in-progress sales (Real Time Production Orders) here.

Sale Type Prompt Behaviour.
•Decide if you want to Prompt for Customer Information when this sale type is selected.
- Choose which Prompt Type will be presented:
+ Customer Name (QWERTY keyboard to enter the customer name which will be included in the sale detail and printed/displayed for production)
+ Numeric Keypad (numeric keypad only - you also need to enter the Prompt Label that will be displayed)
+ Customer Lookup (will prompt for the customer mobile number and query the web database for further customer details (name, loyalty member number if applicable, address details for delivery sale type).
Include mobile number request is automatically enabled with this prompt type.
- If the sale cannot be completed without prompt details, enable the Enforce Prompt setting.
- If you also want the customer mobile number collected, enable the Include mobile number request setting. This setting is for use in conjunction with the Enable Cloud Notifications (SMS) setting in the KMS (Kitchen Management System) to send SMS messages to customers advising their order is ready for collection when the order is 'served' from the KMS device.
- If you do not want the Customer Details form displayed for the staff member to review the information entered, enable the Bypass the Customer Details Form setting.
•Enable PAX prompt will ask you to record the PAX applicable to this transaction.
•Enable Category Lookup prompt will instruct the POS to automatically present the programmed category. You may select here a category from the category file which will automatically appear each time a new sale is opened. This could perhaps be useful for recording the split between the number of adults and the number of children at each table, or accessing a category which will always be used first such as Table Water
•Select OK to save the Sale Type.
NOTE: Disabling the User Selectable setting removes the option for staff to input this Sale Type manually. The Sale Type can still be in use however, in cases where the Sale Type is applied automatically by the system. For example, entering a sale on a table number via the Floorplan Tablemap, will automatically tag the sale as the Table Service sale type.
